At Peachy Smile's official website, all purchases come with a 7-day inspection period (not a trial period). Our company only accepts one-time return and exchange services. Since all products in our store fall under the category of personal hygiene products, once they are opened and used, they are not eligible for the 7-day inspection period and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please do not send back the product without notifying our customer service team. Products returned without prior notification will not be eligible for any exchange or refund services.
We recommend that you unbox and record a video within 7 days of receiving the product to check for any defects, errors, or damage to the product or its packaging. If you have any concerns, such as defects in the product packaging or content, please apply for a return or exchange within 7 days (including holidays) of receiving the product. For deliveries made by couriers, the day of delivery to the designated address is considered, while for convenience store pickups, the day of pickup is considered. If you apply after this period, you will not be eligible for the 7-day inspection period, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted
Conditions where returns or exchanges are not accepted include:
1. Beyond the seven-day inspection period, the company reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests.
2. For overseas orders and pre-order items, only returns and exchanges for defective products are accepted. Please consider this carefully before placing an order.
3. Under normal shipping conditions, returns of products that have exceeded their shelf life, become spoiled, or are damaged will not be accepted.
4. If the returned package has caused damage to the product during transportation due to packaging defects, the company reserves the right to reject the return or exchange request.
5. If you have purchased a bundled product, partial returns of items within the bundle are not accepted. However, if any of the items in the bundle are defective, we will replace the same item for you.
