Ordering and Shipping

Once the order is completed, we will ship your items within 3 business days after payment. Business days do not include holidays. 

(For pre-order items, please refer to the shipping date indicated on the checkout page.)

The actual delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. Please refer to the following:

Convenience Store Pickup: 

Your items will arrive at the designated store within 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Please pick up your items within 7 days upon receiving the SMS notification. (Delivery to outlying islands and remote areas may take longer.)

If you fail to pick up the items within the specified time frame, they will automatically enter the return and refund process. If you still wish to receive the items, please place a new order.

※   If you have made a credit card payment and are planning to pick up your order at a convenience store, please make sure to bring your identification with you when collecting the items. When placing the order, ensure that the recipient's name matches the name on your identification to avoid any issues during the pickup process. This will help ensure a smooth and successful pickup of your order.

For postal delivery:

 your items will be delivered to the specified shipping address within 3 - 7 working days after shipment. Please note that delivery to remote or outlying areas may take longer.
